Camp Bournedale Update

This year all campers will be required to have a health form SIGNED BY A PHYSICIAN in order to attend
Camp Bournedale. This signed form will give the nurse at Camp Bournedale permission to give your child, Tylenol in case of sudden illness. You can fax this form to your doctor to sign and then fax back directly to the school if that is more convenient. This was explained at the parent meeting last June.
