Our music teachers are amazing here at Memorial as you all know.  Here is a little taste of the informal performance the fifth graders provided to our school community this week. Just in case you could not make it in. Hope this helps put you in the holiday mood. Happy Holiday from 232!

Camp Bournedale a Big HIT with 5th Graders!

5th Graders loved their outdoor classes! They went on a lobster boat and learned about different types of shellfish caught in Plymouth Harbor. They went on a coastal ecology hike at a nearby national park and explored what lives on the shoreline. Their last outdoor class in Project Adventure where they had to solve team challenges together such as getting over the Meat Grinder, Poison Peanut Butter Pit or the ropes course. Fun was had by all!

Camp Bournedale Update

This year all campers will be required to have a health form SIGNED BY A PHYSICIAN in order to attend
Camp Bournedale. This signed form will give the nurse at Camp Bournedale permission to give your child, Tylenol in case of sudden illness. You can fax this form to your doctor to sign and then fax back directly to the school if that is more convenient. This was explained at the parent meeting last June. This is also the directive -from the district's nurses. Memorial's fax# is 781-229-5751.

Here is a link where you can get another copy of the health form: http://burlington-bournedale.blogspot.com/
